By using LyricPrep you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Service As-Is

Provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind, without guarantee of uptime. We may change or discontinue the service anytime.

3. What the tool does

It cleans lyric formatting (removes chord lines, standardizes tags). It does not create music, does not guarantee Suno/Udio results. Always proofread output before generating.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to lyrics you paste. We claim no ownership. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to process the lyrics (don't paste copyrighted lyrics you don't own for redistribution).

5. Acceptable Use

• Don't use for illegal content, hate speech, or content you don't have rights to
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer to bypass browser security
• Don't scrape or DDoS the static hosting

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for Suno/Udio generation failures.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Check this page periodically. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
